Method and sources: how these numbers are produced

Every number here can be checked. The floors come from MOM’s published age table; the jobs come from this site’s daily salary-disclosed ledger. One thing to say plainly: the ledger records when a posting was last seen still up, not whether it is open today, and this site does not re-verify every posting for closure, so every row prints its last-seen date and anything older than 14 days is greyed out. Below is each judgement call, including the ones we deliberately do not make.

Caliber

  • Singapore only, SGD only, monthly only, and only salaries the employer posted. Estimates are excluded: a posted salary is a publicly checkable fact and an estimate is not.
  • Only the posted floor is compared. A posting reading 6,000 to 9,000 does not clear the 8,150 floor that applies at 34. It might negotiate up, but that is an outcome, not a public fact. This caliber under-counts, and under-counting is the safe direction.
  • The per-age floors are transcribed from MOM’s table, not generated from a formula. Three independent anchors confirm the base row is 23: 5,600 plus seven steps gives 7,222.7 against MOM’s published 7,223 at 30, and plus twenty-two steps gives 10,700 at 45. Pages stating “up to 24: S$5,600” contradict all three anchors and are not used.
  • Each posting counts once, deduplicated on posting id across scans.

Deliberately not done

  • No sector guessing. Whether a bank’s sustainability role sits on the financial line is MOM’s call. Both lines are shown and the judgement is left to you.
  • No COMPASS estimation. The second stage turns on qualifications, nationality distribution and the employer’s local hiring structure. That data is not public, so estimating it would be inventing it.
  • No prediction of whether you would be approved. This page states one intersection that public data can verify.

The whole curve

Non-financial rises S$231.82 per year of age today, and S$250.00 under the 2027 regime.

Excluded records

The ledger holds 1 observation(s) with a posted floor below S$1,000, which is an hourly or part-time rate parsed as monthly. They are excluded and recorded here rather than quietly dropped; leaving them in would inflate every count.
