Claim process and content rules

This page fixes the rules in writing: how a claim is verified, what an employer can supplement, and what is never for sale. The most important rule first: factual fields can be supplemented; statistics cannot be bought or altered.

The claim process

  1. 1.Leave your company name and work email in the form on the employers page. Free.
  2. 2.We reply to verify: we check that your email domain matches the company’s public information (its website, its postings). No documents are requested or accepted.
  3. 3.Once verified, your claim is recorded against the company’s record in our observation ledger, and you can submit factual supplements and correction requests; the claimed badge takes effect when employer company pages ship.
  4. 4.Verified corrections are made within 5 working days with a correction note left on the page; where verification fails, we reply explaining why nothing changes.

What employers can supplement: factual fields

The following fields can be provided or corrected by the employer. They are always marked employer-provided and presented separately from our own observation records:

  • The correct rendering of the company name, and the official website link.
  • New posting links, and reports of dead links.
  • Factual descriptions the company itself has published (business scope, locations, posting text), quoted verbatim, never rewritten.
  • Correction requests against observation records: include the posting link and details; changes are made only where verification succeeds.

Never for sale: the statistics

Employer-level observation statistics (postings counts, days-up medians, multi-link events) and every cell of the posted-salary index are not for sale, accept no paid modification, and change neither definition nor ordering for paid visibility. What paid visibility buys in 2027 is placement and presentation, never numbers. Claimed or not, paying or not — no statistic is affected. This rule is the site’s credibility lifeline; it has no exceptions and is not negotiated case by case.

Corrections

If any employer or reader believes an observation record here is wrong, write to mri@ahamoment-career.com with the posting link and details. Verified corrections are made within 5 working days, with a correction note left on the page.
